Job Description

Position Overview: We are looking for a Montessori Primary Teacher trained from AMI or IMTC , who is passionate about guiding young children during their foundational years. While experience is welcome, fresh graduates with a deep commitment to Montessori values and a love for early childhood education are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain an authentic Montessori environment that meets the developmental needs of children aged 2–6 years Observe, guide, and assess children’s progress with patience and sensitivity Facilitate independence, responsibility, and self-discipline in each child Communicate effectively with colleagues and parents to build a supportive learning community Model grace, courtesy, and respect in all interactions Participate in regular team meetings and school events Qualifications & Skills: Montessori Primary Training Certification (AMI or IMTC – mandatory) Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (essential) A deep respect for the child and commitment to the Montessori philosophy Willingness to learn, reflect, and grow as an educator Patience, warmth, and a nurturing attitude Any degree Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Required) Work Location: In person
