Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive customer engagement. This role requires expertise in digital platforms, analytical skills to track performance, and creativity to produce compelling content that resonates with the target audience. The specialist will play a key role in aligning digital initiatives with overall business objectives and ensuring a strong online presence across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, PPC, and content marketing).
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engine ranking (SEO).
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on social media platforms.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and automated drip campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with branding and business goals.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to keep strategies updated.
  • Manage online reputation and respond to customer feedback/reviews across digital platforms.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing roles.
  • Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media management.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of content marketing and email automation tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and create actionable insights.
  • Strong communication, copywriting, and creative skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (certifications in digital marketing from Google/Facebook preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
