About the Role

Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage high-impact Meta campaigns
(Facebook, Instagram) including audience targeting, ad creative optimization, and budget management.
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, email, and display advertising.
Manage and grow social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
Optimize ad performance using A/B testing, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to deliver engaging marketing assets.
Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and improve SEO rankings.
Monitor performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics platforms.
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, especially emerging Meta ad features and best practices.
Prepare detailed reports with actionable insights for campaign improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
2+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing with hands-on expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and paid social media strategies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize accordingly.
Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Meta Blueprint Certification or Google Ads Certification.
Experience with marketing automation and A/B testing.
Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
