About Us

Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage

    Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media campaigns

    to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Plan and execute

    SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

    and

    SEM (Search Engine Marketing)

    strategies to improve website ranking and traffic.
  • Run and optimize

    paid ad campaigns

    (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with a focus on ROI.
  • Create engaging digital content including posts, reels, videos, and blogs tailored for different platforms.
  • Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and prepare reports on campaign performance.
  • Conduct

    competitor and market analysis

    to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with sales and franchise teams to align marketing with business goals.
  • Manage email campaigns, newsletters, and customer engagement automation.
  • Explore influencer marketing and affiliate channels to expand brand visibility.
  • Suggest and implement

    innovative digital marketing strategies

    to scale presence across the country.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in

    digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns

    (renewable energy experience is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of

    Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Yoast, etc.)

    .
  • Creative skills in

    content creation, graphics (Canva/Photoshop), and storytelling

    .
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multi-platform campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience in

    B2B/B2C marketing

    in the energy or technology sector.
  • Familiarity with

    CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)

    and marketing automation.
  • Knowledge of

    YouTube SEO and video marketing
