Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and data-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to manage our online presence, drive brand visibility, and execute digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is someone who understands digital trends, creates impactful content, and optimizes campaigns to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
  • Plan and publish engaging content including posts, videos, stories, and reels.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice, style, and message.

2. Content Creation & Execution

  • Create and curate high-quality visuals, captions, and short videos.
  • Develop monthly content calendars and ensure timely execution.
  • Work closely with designers and content teams for campaigns and creatives.

3. Digital Marketing Campaigns

  • Plan and run digital marketing campaigns including social ads, Google Ads, and email marketing.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize to improve ROI.

4. SEO & Website Management

  • Support basic SEO activities such as keyword research, on-page optimization, and content suggestions.
  • Coordinate with the web team to update website content and landing pages.

5. Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversions, and traffic.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports and share insights for growth improvement.
  • Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other marketing analytics platforms.

6. Community Engagement

  • Respond to comments, DMs, and user queries promptly.
  • Build a strong online community by encouraging interactions and managing brand reputation.

7. Influencer & Collaboration Management

  • Identify, contact, and manage influencers or brand partners for campaigns.
  • Track deliverables and performance of influencer activities.

8. Trend Monitoring & Innovation

  • Stay updated with social media trends, digital tools, and industry developments.
  • Experiment with new content ideas, formats, and engagement strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month

  • Social media management: 2 years (Required)
