Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and data-driven Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to manage our online marketing strategy across Google Ads, SEO, and Shopify. This role will focus on driving qualified traffic, optimizing ad performance, tracking results through Google Analytics, and ensuring seamless integration between marketing tools and our Shopify store. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, technical expertise, and a passion for eCommerce growth.

Key Responsibilities:Google Ads Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Shopping).
  • Manage keyword research, ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages to improve conversions.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to maximize ROI and minimize CPA.

Google Analytics & Reporting

  • Implement and maintain Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager for accurate tracking.
  • Create performance dashboards in Looker Studio (Data Studio) to monitor KPIs.
  • Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and conversion funnels.
  • Provide regular reports with actionable insights to the marketing and operations teams.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
  • Manage technical SEO tasks including site structure, meta tags, and page speed optimization.
  • Collaborate with the content and development teams to align SEO best practices across all web pages and product listings.
  • Track keyword rankings and organic performance using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.

Shopify Integration & eCommerce Optimization

  • Integrate Shopify with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and marketing tools for end-to-end performance tracking.
  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking, product feed setup, and remarketing tags.
  • Optimize product listings, landing pages, and collections for better visibility and sales performance.
  • Support promotional campaigns and improve customer journey across the Shopify platform.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative, product, and fulfillment teams to align ad messaging and site experience.
  • Assist in planning seasonal campaigns and product launches.
  • Communicate performance updates and marketing insights to leadership regularly.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and Shopify management.
  • Proven experience driving eCommerce growth through paid and organic channels.
  • Strong knowledge of GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Shopify Liquid code (a plus).
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certification preferred.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
