Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies and be able to execute integrated digital campaigns from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) Monitor and analyze website traffic and performance using Google Analytics and other tools Assist in the creation of relevant and engaging content for blogs, social posts, emails, and campaigns Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines (SEO) Create and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms Coordinate with designers and content creators for campaign development Track and report performance of digital campaigns against set goals (ROI and KPIs) Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Minimum of 1 year of digital marketing experience Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, etc. Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Basic knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms is a plus Preferred Skills: Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certification (optional but preferred) Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,196.65 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Experience: Digital marketing: 1 year (Required) Location: New Palasia, Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Preferred) Work Location: In person
