Job Description

Job Title: Digital Marketing & Sales Specialist


Role Summary:

This position is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging digital channels, data analytics, and sales techniques to build lasting customer relationships and achieve business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

A. Digital Marketing (Primary)

•     Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and KPIs

•     Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across:

–    Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)

–    Google Ads and paid search advertising (PPC)

–    Email marketing campaigns with A/B testing

–    Content marketing and SEO optimization

–    Display advertising and retargeting campaigns

•     Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends

•     Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools

•     Create, curate, and manage engaging content for digital channels

•     Prepare performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders

•     Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies


B. Sales & Lead Generation

•     Identify and pursue new business opportunities through digital channels

•     Generate, qualify, and nurture leads for the sales team

•     Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication

•     Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers

•     Achieve assigned sales and lead generation targets

•     Manage CRM database and ensure data accuracy


Good to Have (Preferred)

•     Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Facebook Blueprint

•     Experience with content management systems (CMS) and tools like HubSpot or Mailchimp

•     Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web design principles

•     Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Ads, Reels, SEO)

•     Experience with video marketing or social media content creation

•     Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing

•     Project management skills and experience with agile methodologies


Education Requirements

•     Bachelor's degree (B.Com., B.A., B.Tech., BCA, or equivalent)

•     Specialized certifications in digital marketing are a plus

•     Candidates with strong portfolio or proven track record of successful campaigns are encouraged to apply


Salary: INR 25,000 - 45,000 per month
