The Marketing Manager / Lead will be responsible for overseeing and executing the marketing strategy for the company's luxury real estate portfolio. This leadership role involves managing the marketing team, developing integrated marketing campaigns, and collaborating closely with senior leadership to enhance the company's brand, drive sales, and create innovative strategies to attract high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in luxury real estate marketing, a strategic mindset, and strong leadership skills to drive the marketing departments objectives.
Lead the marketing department, managing a team of marketing professionals and collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, design, digital, etc.) to implement marketing strategies.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for luxury real estate properties, aligning with company goals and market trends.
Oversee brand development and ensure that all marketing communications are consistent with the companys luxury image and values.
Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, print, and events, to generate leads and drive property sales.
Manage and optimize the companys online presence, including website, social media channels, and third-party platforms, ensuring content is engaging and aligned with the target audiences expectations.
Plan and execute high-profile events, property launches, and VIP client engagements, ensuring an exceptional experience for prospective buyers.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to make data-driven decisions and enhance marketing effectiveness.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI on campaigns.
Collaborate with team to produce high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, promotional materials, video content, and property photography.
Lead and support the creation of compelling property presentations, including virtual tours and interactive marketing assets, for potential clients.
Establish performance metrics and KPIs for all marketing activities, ensuring the team is accountable for results and driving growth.
Report regularly to senior management on marketing performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future strategies.
Strong experience in luxury real estate marketing, with a deep understanding of high-net-worth individual (HNWI) expectations and luxury brand positioning.
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a marketing team, fostering collaboration and driving performance.
Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content creation, and email marketing.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make strategic decisions.
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to present ideas and strategies clearly.
Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies that resonate with the luxury market.
Knowledge of event planning and management, particularly for high-end property launches and exclusive client experiences.
Experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role in the luxury real estate sector or high-end industries.
