Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. You will be responsible for driving growth, sales, and leads for our e-commerce brand Zingy Gifts and for managing digital campaigns for our agency's external clients at Nexmark Digital. This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for a growth-focused marketer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies (Meta/Google Ads) to achieve ROAS and CAC targets for Zingy Gifts and clients.
• Lead organic growth initiatives: SEO, content strategy, Instagram/YouTube Reels, and email marketing.
• Manage a team of content creators, interns, and ad specialists; assign tasks and ensure goal alignment.
• Analyze campaign data (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) to optimize performance and report on ROI.
• Collaborate with the design and sales teams to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
• Handle client communications at Nexmark Digital: present strategies, reports, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in performance marketing (Meta & Google Ads, UAC) and organic growth (SEO, Reels, YouTube).
• Proven track record of managing budgets and driving e-commerce sales/leads.
• Expertise in analytics tools: Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of landing page optimization, CRO, and A/B testing.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Preferred: Experience in agency settings and e-commerce/D2C brands.
