Job Description

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across digital and offline channels, building brand visibility, and driving customer acquisition and retention. This role requires a creative yet data-driven professional with experience in e-commerce and a strong understanding of fashion/luxury consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with brand goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Define KPIs and track performance to ensure ROI on all marketing initiatives.

2. Digital Marketing

  • Oversee paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other channels.
  • Manage SEO, content marketing, influencer collaborations, and email marketing.
  • Plan and execute social media content calendars with creative and design teams.

3. Brand Building

  • Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Develop seasonal campaign themes, lookbooks, and product launch strategies.
  • Collaborate with PR agencies, stylists, and photographers for brand storytelling.

4. Partnerships & Events

  • Identify and manage influencer partnerships, affiliate programs, and brand collaborations.
  • Plan pop-ups, exhibitions, and sponsorship activities to enhance brand presence.

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools and present actionable insights.
  • Optimize marketing spend based on performance metrics and market trends.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce, fashion, or luxury retail.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
  • Creative thinker with excellent storytelling and brand positioning skills.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva/Adobe Suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Graphic design: 1 year (Required)
  • Social media management: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Graphics design certification (Preferred)
  • Social Media Certification (Preferred)
