We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who can strategize, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Plan and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and Paid Ads.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing executives, content creators, and designers.
• SEO & Content: Oversee keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, technical SEO, and high-quality content creation.
• Performance Marketing: Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Social Media Management: Create engaging content calendars and grow brand presence on social platforms.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and prepare detailed monthly/quarterly reports.
• Brand Growth: Work closely with the sales and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm updates in digital marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven results in SEO, PPC, SMM, and content strategy.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and CRM tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
