Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: 7 Miles Stone, Balsamand Road, Near Arya Nagar,Hisar

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Experience Required: 3–6 years in Digital Marketing

About Us:
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Digital Marketing Manager who can handle the complete marketing spectrum—from strategy to execution—across online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital & Social Media Marketing

• Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Manage content calendar, engage with audiences, and grow followers organically
• Run paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms

2. SEO & Website Management

• Optimize website for search engines (On-page & Off-page SEO)
• Conduct keyword research and track rankings
• Coordinate with content writers and developers to improve website traffic and conversions

3. Online Marketing

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate leads and brand awareness
• Manage email marketing campaigns and automation workflows
• Track & analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools

4. Offline Marketing

• Plan and coordinate offline events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
• Develop print marketing materials (brochures, flyers, banners, etc.)
• Build partnerships and execute local marketing campaigns

5. Reporting & Strategy

• Prepare monthly marketing performance reports
• Suggest improvements based on data-driven insights
• Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in marketing

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house)
• Strong knowledge of SEO, social media, and paid advertising
• Hands-on experience with marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.)
• Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
