Digital Marketing Manager

We’re seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Lead with proven expertise in performance marketing, SEO, user experience, and creative direction. This role demands execution skills — not just strategy — and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns for lead gen/e-commerce; track CTR, CPC, ROAS, CAC.
• Website & UX: Audit landing pages, improve conversions, coordinate with design/dev teams on layouts, CTAs, and page speed.
• SEO: Lead on-page SEO initiatives, content mapping, meta tags, and internal linking; use Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs to boost rankings.
• Creative Direction: Review ad creatives, landing pages, and videos for performance and brand alignment; guide design teams.
• Project Management: Own campaign calendars, briefs, and deliverables; manage cross-functional collaboration via tools like Trello, Notion, or ClickUp.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Direct experience managing Google & Meta campaigns.
• Strong on-page SEO track record with measurable results.
• Good design/UX sensibility for conversion-focused pages.
• Agency or startup experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs.
• Basic knowledge of Canva/Adobe for creative guidance.

Nice to Have

• WordPress/Webflow/Unbounce experience.
• Familiarity with email/WhatsApp automation, A/B testing, heatmaps.
• Experience in creative briefing/scripting.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
