Job Description

Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimise

    SEO strategies

    to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.
  • Plan and manage

    social media campaigns

    across LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Utilise

    AI tools

    (such as Perpelexity, Jasper) for content creation, campaign automation, and performance analysis.
  • Manage

    paid campaigns

    (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and monitor return on investment.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to create marketing materials, graphics, and videos.
  • Analyse campaign performance, produce reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Keep up to date with trends in SEO, social media, AI tools, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years’ practical experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong expertise in

    SEO, social media strategy, and AI-driven marketing tools

    .
  • Experience with

    Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics platforms

    (GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Excellent writing, communication, and creative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in technology, B2B, SaaS, or healthcare marketing.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
  • Familiarity with email marketing automation and CRM platforms.
