Job Description – Marketing / Social Media Manager Designation: Manager – Marketing / Social Media Location: Chennai Role Overview We are looking for a creative and data-driven professional to lead Roamie’s social media and digital marketing presence. The role involves end-to-end ownership of strategy, content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis, ensuring Roamie’s brand voice is consistently represented across platforms. Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Planning Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with Roamie’s communication and brand goals. Tailor approaches for key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube). Set performance benchmarks, monitor progress, and optimize campaigns for awareness and engagement. Content Creation & Publishing Create, manage, and publish engaging multimedia content (visual, video, written). Maintain and execute a content calendar. Collaborate with internal teams to highlight operator stories, campaigns, and success cases. Use hashtags, tags, and trends to amplify reach and engagement. Community Engagement & Collaboration Identify and engage with relevant influencers, communities, alumni, and partners for collaborative campaigns. Coordinate with designers, agencies, and internal teams to align social media activities with broader marketing initiatives. Performance Analysis & Reporting Track and analyze performance metrics across platforms. Provide insights and recommendations to improve content reach and effectiveness. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field. Experience: 2–4 years managing social media for a brand or Internet company, with hands-on experience across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Facebook. Key Competencies: Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Strong written communication, visual storytelling, and basic design skills (e.g., Canva). Analytical mindset with ability to track and improve campaign performance. Highly organized, creative, and a collaborative team player with ability to work independently. Languages: Fluency in English and local language is essential; Hindi will be an added advantage.   Budget: Upto 6LPA (for suitable candidates) Working Days : 5 Day working (Mon-Friday)
