Job Overview

Nexus Jobs is seeking a dedicated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Jaipur. This full-time, mid-level position requires 4 to 6 years of work experience. The role involves strategizing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our services and brand. The ideal candidate will have expertise in crafting effective digital marketing plans and translating ideas into successful outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience in content marketing to create compelling and relevant content that attracts and retains a clearly defined audience.
  • Expertise in conversion rate optimization techniques to improve the performance of digital marketing initiatives. (Mandatory skill)
  • Solid understanding of campaign management practices to ensure that marketing campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and achieve business goals.
  • Proficiency in managing social media marketing activities to enhance the company's social media presence and customer engagement.
  • Skilled in executing PPC campaigns to maximize the return on advertising investment.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation to streamline marketing activities, improve marketing efficiency, and increase revenue.
  • Experience in brand management to maintain brand integrity across all marketing initiatives and communications.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for TyreBook.

Own and manage the content calendar across LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Email, and other B2B platforms.

Write and execute marketing content: posts, brochures, reels, video scripts, blogs, SMS/email campaigns.

Design and manage lead generation campaigns via Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing tools.

Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics: leads, CPL, CAC, engagement rates.

Coordinate closely with the sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Build a clear brand voice to resonate with tyre dealers and fleet operators across Tier 23 cities.
