Job Description

Position OverviewWe are looking for a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Professional to manage and enhance our online presence, drive lead generation, and execute end-to-end digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and strategy execution across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities1. Digital Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Plan and execute campaigns for branding, lead generation, and product promotions. Manage digital budgets and ensure ROI-driven activities. 2. Social Media ManagementHandle company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Create engaging posts, creatives, reels, short videos, and stories. Grow followers, engagement, and brand visibility. 3. Website Management & SEOManage website updates, content, and performance. Implement organic SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, keyword research). Monitor website analytics and improve search engine rankings. 4. Performance MarketingRun paid ads on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Monitor ad performance, optimize campaigns, and ensure high-quality leads. Handle remarketing, display ads, and campaign A/B testing. 5. Content CreationDevelop content for social media, blogs, product pages, and email campaigns. Coordinate with designers and video editors for creative outputs. 6. Email & SMS MarketingExecute targeted email and SMS campaigns. Manage automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). Track open rate, CTR, and conversions. 7. Analytics & ReportingTrack KPIs: lead generation, campaign ROI, website traffic, conversion rates. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports. Suggest improvements based on data-driven insights. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Analytics. Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
