Job Summary:
Orphic Solution is seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives. The role involves developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, managing multi-channel campaigns, and optimizing performance to drive measurable growth. You will oversee SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing efforts, as well as paid advertising campaigns such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. The position requires analyzing performance metrics, maintaining a strong online presence, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding, staying updated with industry trends, and effectively managing the marketing budget.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, along with three to five years of proven experience in digital marketing management. Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, and email marketing tools is essential, as are excellent analytical, creative, and organizational skills. The role demands strong communication and copywriting abilities, the capacity to work independently, and the ability to lead a team.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Mailchimp, basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or WordPress, and familiarity with e-commerce and conversion optimization will be advantageous.

Pay: ₹10,649.43 - ₹49,051.51 per month
