Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across various channels to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute campaigns across SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, and Content Marketing.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
• Oversee website performance, landing pages, and user experience improvements.
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align marketing efforts.
• Manage and grow the organization’s presence on social media platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven work experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM tools.
• Strong understanding of digital trends, performance metrics, and lead generation.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, etc.).
• Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
