Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s online presence, drive targeted traffic, and convert leads into loyal customers. You will oversee all digital marketing efforts—including performance campaigns, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies

• Plan and execute performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms

• Optimize website traffic and user engagement through effective SEO & SEM practices

• Lead email marketing strategy, automation, and performance tracking

• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to deliver integrated campaigns

• Analyze digital marketing metrics and generate performance reports

• Manage the company’s online brand presence and ensure consistency across all platforms

• Monitor trends and competitors, adapting strategies accordingly

• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing and business goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles

• Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms

• Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and content marketing

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Creative mindset with a performance-first approach

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience in D2C or FMCG sectors

• Knowledge of eCommerce performance marketing and remarketing funnels

• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Klaviyo
