Digital Marketing Manager

• Driving all paid digital campaigns end-to-end, from planning through to reporting.
• Develop integrated campaign plans that combine paid media with organic initiatives.
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to Business Units on digital marketing activity.
• Support SEO and website content development projects in collaboration with BUs.
• Advise on social media content strategy and contribute to planning and creation where needed.
• Work collaboratively with our university partnerships in the UK and Europe, as well as our global network of student recruitment experts.
• Report on combined paid and organic performance, showing impact on leads, engagement, and brand visibility in a clear and relatable way.
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices - including AI - to future-proof our approach.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

• Experience managing paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms.
• A strong understanding of SEO, website optimisation, and organic growth strategies.
• The ability to think strategically while being hands-on with campaign delivery.
• Confidence in presenting performance data and insights to stakeholders of differing knowledge levels.
• An adaptable, proactive approach and a passion for driving results.
