Namami is a fast-growing spiritual lifestyle brand bringing Rudrakshas, crystals, and sacred accessories to modern India. We’re on a mission to make spiritual wellness simple, authentic, and accessible — and now, we’re looking to scale our paid performance efforts across Meta and Google.

We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Manager who lives and breathes ROAS, CAC, and creative testing — someone who can drive profitable growth while working closely with founders.

What You'll Do

* Plan, launch & scale Meta Ads and Google Ad campaigns.

* Own ROAS, CAC, CTR, and LTV metrics across platforms.

* Test new creatives, copy, landing pages, and audiences weekly.

* Collaborate with design, content, and leadership teams to drive growth.

* Optimize spends with clear benchmarks for profitability and efficiency.

You Should Have

* 2–4 years of experience managing ad spends for similar/relevant D2C brands.

* Proven track record of scaling Meta + Google Ads profitably.

* Strong data skills — ability to analyze performance and optimize campaigns.

* Experience with e-commerce (Shopify, GA4, attribution tools).

* A growth mindset with passion for experimentation and results.
