Namami is a new-age spiritual brand – think authentic Rudrakshas, crystal bracelets, Karungali malas and more. Every piece is purified, mantra-charged, lab-certified and made to invite protection, prosperity, clarity and balance. We’re early-stage, fast-moving, and now looking for our performance marketing ninja to help us scale via paid ads.

What you'll do:

• Own Meta (FB + IG) and Google Ads end-to-end for Namami
• Run full-funnel campaigns (prospecting + retargeting) focused on ROAS & sales
• Test audiences, hooks, copies and creatives like a mad scientist
• Track numbers daily – CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC – and tweak fast
• Work with the founder/creative team on ad ideas, briefs and UGC-style content
• Keep tracking clean (Pixel, GA4, basic GTM) and share simple weekly reports

You're a great fit if:

• You have 2–4 years running Meta + Google Ads for D2C / ecom
• You can show real results (budgets handled, ROAS, CAC, etc.)
• Dashboards don’t scare you – you enjoy checking numbers
• You’re good with GA4, Ads Manager and Google Sheets
• You take ownership, move fast, and like working directly with the founder
• Bonus: You’ve worked with Shopify / spiritual / wellness / jewellery brands
