What you'll do:

• OwnMeta (FB + IG)andGoogle Adsend-to-end for Namami
• Run full-funnel campaigns (prospecting + retargeting) focused onROAS & sales
• Test audiences, hooks, copies and creatives like a mad scientist
• Track numbers daily CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC and tweak fast
• Work with the founder/creative team on ad ideas, briefs and UGC-style content
• Keep tracking clean (Pixel, GA4, basic GTM) and sharesimple weekly reports

You're a great fit if:

• You have24 yearsrunning Meta + Google Ads for D2C / ecom
• You can showreal results(budgets handled, ROAS, CAC, etc.)
• Dashboards don't scare you youenjoychecking numbers
• You're good with GA4, Ads Manager and Google Sheets
• You take ownership, move fast, and like working directly with the founder
• Bonus: You've worked withShopify / spiritual / wellness / jewellerybrands
