Position: Digital Marketing Manager

Experience : 5+ years

Job Summary:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company’s services. You will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space and driving website traffic, inbound leads, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals (B2B focus).
  • Plan and manage SEO/SEM, email, social media, content, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Oversee the company’s website, ensuring it is optimized for traffic, engagement, and lead conversion.
  • Create high-quality content in collaboration with the content team (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, etc.).
  • Manage and analyze performance across channels using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and HubSpot.
  • Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, UI/UX analysis, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to support lead nurturing and sales enablement.
  • Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong brand identity and online reputation.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and IT services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an IT services or B2B tech environment.
  • Proven experience with SEO/SEM, marketing automation, email marketing, and paid media.
  • Strong knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, HubSpot/Mailchimp, and Meta/Google Ads Manager.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Experience in generating MQLs, managing CRMs, and tracking lead funnels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in international/B2B lead generation (US, UK, Middle East, etc.).
  • Familiarity with website platforms like WordPress or Webflow.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and design tools like Canva/Figma is a plus.
  • Google Ads or HubSpot certification is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.77 - ₹85,000.00 per month
