Digital Marketing Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the digital marketing team to achieve set targets and KPIs.
• Can write content for website and ads and for other marketing and promotional activities.
• Develop and execute strategies for

  performance marketing

  across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google platforms.
• Oversee campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting to maximize ROI.
• Drive

  brand promotion initiatives

  to enhance visibility and market positioning.
• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights.
• Manage budgets efficiently across digital platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, creative, operations) to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Implement SEO, SEM, email, content, and social media marketing strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Ensure the team maintains productivity, discipline, and timely delivery of tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in

  digital marketing

  , with at least 2–3 years in a

  leadership/managerial role

• Strong hands-on expertise in

  Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing campaigns

  .
• Proven track record of

  brand building, lead generation, and ROI-driven campaigns

  .
• Excellent knowledge of SMO/SMM/SEO/SEM, analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.).
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
