Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing activities across various platforms. You will play a critical role in generating brand awareness, engaging potential buyers and investors, and driving lead generation for our real estate offerings. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive qualified traffic and conversions across digital channels (website, social media, email, paid media). Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and programmatic advertising. Oversee content strategy for the company website, blog, and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Collaborate with sales and creative teams to create effective lead generation campaigns for new and upcoming projects. Manage SEO/SEM strategy to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for targeted keywords. Monitor and report on campaign performance, analyze metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, etc.), and optimize for better results. Manage CRM tools and marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and client retention. Stay updated with digital marketing trends, real estate market insights, and competitor activities. Manage digital marketing budget and ensure efficient use of resources. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate, property tech, or related industries. Proven experience in performance marketing, lead generation, and campaign management. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Search Console). Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce). Excellent content marketing and copywriting skills. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Experience with real estate portal marketing and integrations. Knowledge of video marketing and drone content for real estate. Familiarity with local real estate regulations and consumer behavior.gb
