Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role: We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing strategies and grow Loyal Motorcycles' digital presence. If you thrive on innovation, brand building, and high-performance campaigns — we want to hear from you!

#KeyResponsibilities:

1. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising) Create engaging content for blogs, landing pages, social media posts, email newsletters, etc. Coordinate with content creators, designers, and video editors to publish marketing material.

2. Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities to increase organic traffic.Optimize website content and structure based on keyword research and user behaviour. Work with developers to improve user experience and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

3. Manage and grow brand presence on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. Run paid social campaigns, A/B testing, and performance tracking.

4. Launch, monitor, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, meta and other paid campaigns. Analyze ad performance data to reduce CPA and increase ROI.Track KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Manager, etc. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and suggest strategies for improvement.

#SkillsRequirements:-

3+ years of experience in digital marketing (preferably automotive/EV industry). Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field

- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Email Marketing.- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and CMS (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, Mailchimp etc).

- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, photoshop, or blender like basic graphic design and animation tools.

- Experience with video marketing or reels content.Certification in Google Ads / Analytics / HubSpot / Meta Blueprint.

- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Experience in an existing EV brand will be a bonus.
