Job Description – Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Old Market, Margao (On-site)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Manager with prior agency experience to lead and manage multi-channel campaigns for diverse clients. The role demands expertise in Paid Advertising (Google Ads & Meta Ads), Social Media Management, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). The ideal candidate will be able to multitask across multiple accounts, drive measurable results, and contribute fresh ideas to elevate client marketing strategies. This is an on-site role for professionals who are motivated, adaptable, and open to relocating to Old Market, Margao.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Paid Advertising (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

  • Plan, set up, and optimize paid campaigns.
  • Manage budgets and ensure maximum ROI.
  • Track and report campaign performance with data-driven insights.

2. Social Media Management

  • Develop and maintain content calendars for multiple clients.
  • Oversee creation of engaging content (posts, reels, creatives).
  • Monitor engagement, respond to queries, and grow online communities.
  • Analyze social media performance and share actionable reports.

3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Implement on-page & off-page SEO strategies.
  • Monitor rankings and website performance.
  • Work with content & web teams for SEO-driven campaigns.

4. Client Management & Multitasking

  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met consistently.

5. Innovation & Team Collaboration

  • Suggest new campaign ideas and creative approaches.
  • Work closely with designers, writers, and developers for execution.
  • Stay updated on latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithms.

Skills & Attributes Required

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Social Media Management.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and scheduling platforms.
  • Campaign optimization, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Project and client management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,061.97 - ₹48,873.71 per month
