Student Internship

Location: On-site Duration: 3–4 weeks Stipend: Paid Reporting to: HR Department About the Internship We are inviting college students to join our Human Resources team as interns. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to various aspects of HR including recruitment, employee engagement, training coordination, data handling, and other live HR projects. This is an ideal opportunity for students who are keen to explore a career in Human Resources and want to gain real-world experience in a professional setting. Key Responsibilities Assist with sourcing and shortlisting candidates for various roles Coordinate interviews and maintain recruitment trackers Support in planning and executing employee engagement activities Help in collecting and organizing HR data and documentation Assist with training and onboarding-related tasks Participate in field visits or HR-related outreach tasks as assigned Provide general support to the HR team in day-to-day operations Eligibility Open to undergraduate/postgraduate students (preferably from HR, Psychology, or Management background) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and take initiative Familiarity with basic MS Office or Google tools Must be available for on-site work and able to manage time efficiently What You’ll Gain Practical experience in various HR functions Opportunity to work on live projects with the HR team Exposure to professional communication, planning, and documentation Paid stipend upon successful completion Internship Certificate & Letter of Recommendation based on performance Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
