About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement

    comprehensive digital marketing strategies

    focusing on data analysis and ROI.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide the digital marketing team to align with business objectives.
  • Manage

    SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and affiliate marketing

  • Conduct

    site audits

    and monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROI, bounce rate, and conversion rates.
  • Analyze performance metrics using

    Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other BI tools

    , providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create

    high-impact campaigns

    aligned with brand performance.
  • Develop

    quarterly campaign plans

    and submit

    weekly brand performance reports

    to management.
  • Handle

    budget management

  • Stay updated on

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with

    at least 2 years in a managerial role

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in

    Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Data Studio

  • Familiarity with

    marketing automation & CRM platforms

    like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
  • Excellent

    leadership, communication, and project management skills
