Job Responsibilities

• Discord Community Strategy & Growth
• Build and manage Our official Discord server as a hub for adult users, brand fans, and creative collaborations.
• Design server structure, roles, permissions, and engagement channels (e.g., Q&A, product drops, giveaways, feedback zones).
• Foster a safe, engaging, and vibrant online environment through meaningful conversations, events, and moderator-led interaction.
• Content & Campaign Execution
• Launch community-driven content
• Integrate Discord with other social campaigns across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn for cross-platform reach.
• Coordinate exclusive launches, sneak peeks, and promotions tailored for the Discord community.
• Moderation & Compliance
• Recruit and manage volunteer moderators to ensure active presence and adherence to community guidelines.
• Respond to escalations, enforce rules, and protect the brand’s online reputation.
• Analytics & Feedback Loop
• Track server growth, engagement metrics (active users, message volume, event participation), and community sentiment.
• Generate regular reports with actionable insights to optimize community experience and product affinity.
• Use community feedback to inform product development, customer service improvements, and brand positioning.
• Cross-Team Collaboration
• Work with global social media, product, and customer success teams to ensure a consistent voice and shared objectives across channels.

What We’re Looking For

• Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in social media or digital community management, with at least 1–2 years building/managing Discord or similar platforms
• Key Skills
• Deep understanding of Discord culture, moderation tools, bots, integrations, and engagement formats
• Experience with community growth strategies, digital event planning, and user onboarding flows
• Basic familiarity with content design tools (Canva, Figma) and analytics dashboards (Discord Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Bilingual (English + French or Mandarin/Cantonese) preferred
• Knowledge of digital content compliance (age-gating, marketing rules) in Canada is a strong asset
