Job Responsibilities Providing top-notch technical support and solutions to users globally, covering various domains such as software development, system maintenance, and network architecture to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. Collaborating closely with cross-disciplinary teams to apply professional technical knowledge in troubleshooting complex issues and driving business innovation. Creatively solving challenging global problems and using technological innovation and optimization to support our global business strategies. Continuously exploring new technologies and methodologies, assessing their potential impact on our business, and formulating corresponding technical strategies to maintain our competitive edge in the industry. Building cooperation with global developers, technical experts, and industry leaders to collectively promote technological progress and innovation in the field. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields, with more than 5 years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and familiarity with software development processes and best practices. Strong knowledge of computer networking and cybersecurity, and the ability to design and maintain secure network architectures. Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and in deploying and managing cloud services. Excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and problem-solving abilities to collaborate effectively with team members of diverse backgrounds.
