About the Role

Digital Marketing Campaign Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, launch, and optimize digital ad campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Display/Remarketing channels.
  • Drive high-quality lead generation for real estate projects through targeted campaigns.
  • Performance Management

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance on a daily basis.
  • Maximize ROI and reduce CPL (Cost per Lead) with effective bidding, targeting, and creatives.
  • Real Estate Portals & Partnerships

  • Manage campaigns and listings on platforms such as

    MagicBricks, Housing.com, 99acres, and others

    .
  • Collaborate with channel partners and builders to align marketing strategies.
  • Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs and campaign metrics through Google Analytics, CRM integrations, and ad dashboards.
  • Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights to management.
  • Team & Vendor Coordination

  • Work closely with the design/content team for creatives, videos, and ad copies.
  • Coordinate with agencies/vendors when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4

    + years of experience in digital marketing

    , with at least 3 years in

    real estate campaigns

    .
  • Proven expertise in running high-budget performance campaigns on

    Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Remarketing

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    real estate platforms

    like MagicBricks, Housing.com, 99acres.
  • Strong understanding of

    CPL, CPA, ROAS, lead funnel management, and CRM integrations

    .
  • Excellent knowledge of

    SEO, SEM, and Display Ads

    will be an added advantage.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like

    Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Excel

    .
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with

    builders, channel partners, or property consultancies

    .
  • Knowledge of

    local real estate markets

    in Hyderabad or Bangalore.
  • Ability to handle multi-project campaigns simultaneously.
