Roles & Responsibilities / Key Result Areas (KRAs):

● Develop and own the end-to-end marketing strategy across digital and

traditional channels.

● Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Google

Ads, Meta Ads) for lead generation and business growth.

● Ensure brand messaging consistency across all platforms to attract and

retain customers.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Customer

Success) to align marketing with business objectives.

● Lead and mentor marketing and creative teams to drive productivity and

innovation.

● Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to

identify new opportunities.

● Oversee website, landing pages, and funnel optimization to improve

conversions.

● Track KPIs, measure campaign ROI, and provide actionable insights to

leadership.

● Manage relationships with agencies, influencers, and media partners for

campaigns.

● Collaborate with sales to design and support effective

demand-generation strategies.

● Stay updated with emerging marketing technologies (AI, automation,

personalization tools) to enhance performance.

● Drive brand building, positioning, and storytelling to strengthen market

presence.
