📌 Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager 📍 Location: Gurgaon 🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time 💼 Department: Marketing About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Social Media Management, and SEO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing full-funnel digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and build a strong online presence across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities: Performance Marketing (Google & Facebook Ads): Lead and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Execute data-driven strategies to maximize ROI, reduce CPL, and scale lead generation efforts. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve campaign performance. Monitor key performance indicators and generate detailed campaign reports using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tools. Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ads. Social Media Management: Plan and manage the brand’s presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Create and implement monthly content calendars in line with brand voice, business goals, and trends. Collaborate with influencers or partners to boost organic and paid reach. Track and report social performance metrics regularly. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and website traffic. Perform regular keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits. Monitor Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and other tools to track rankings, crawl errors, and backlink profiles. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with core focus areas in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and Social Media Management. Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Canva/Creative Tools. Deep understanding of performance metrics, conversion funnels, and attribution models. Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills. Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications (preferred). Preferred Traits: Creativity with a strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously. Proactive mindset with a constant hunger to test, learn, and optimize. Experience in a fast-paced/startup environment is a bonus.
