Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in visual storytelling and content creation for both static and motion graphics. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Photoshop, CapCut, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, and should have at least 2 years of professional design experience. Key Responsibilities: Create compelling and on-brand graphics for social media, websites, campaigns, and other digital assets. Edit and produce engaging short-form and long-form video content using CapCut, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to develop creatives for branding, promotions, and client projects. Stay updated with design trends, social media aesthetics, and video formats to keep content fresh and modern. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Support the team in brainstorming and visual strategy development. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a creative or marketing agency environment. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, Adobe After Effects, and Premiere Pro. Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic and video design work. Good understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and animation. Ability to take feedback positively and iterate designs accordingly. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Preferred: Basic knowledge of Illustrator and Figma is a plus. Prior experience in designing for digital marketing and social media campaigns.
