Digital Marketing Specialist We're looking for a talented and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing and executing our social media strategy, crafting compelling content, and managing our paid advertising campaigns (primarily Meta Ads) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok). Content Creation: Brainstorm, create, and curate high-quality, engaging content (graphics, videos, written posts, stories, reels, etc.) optimized for each social media platform and our target audience. Community Engagement: Actively monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster an engaged online community. Paid Advertising (Meta Ads Focus): Plan, create, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns to achieve specific marketing objectives (e.g., lead generation, website traffic, sales, brand awareness). Conduct audience research and segmentation to target campaigns effectively. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports with actionable insights. Manage ad budgets and ensure optimal ROI. Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media and paid ad campaigns. Use data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and inform future content and campaign decisions. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, social media best practices, platform changes, and advertising techniques. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, sales, and other departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven work experience (X+ years) as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Social Media Manager, or similar role. Demonstrable experience creating compelling and effective social media content. Strong proficiency in Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager with a track record of successful campaign execution and optimization. Solid understanding of social media algorithms and best practices across various platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software is a plus. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bonus Points If You Have: Experience with other paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads). Familiarity with SEO principles. Experience with email marketing platforms.
