Job Overview


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven of Digital Marketing genius to lead our digital growth strategy and execution. This role is critical in driving online customer acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue through performance marketing, content, SEO, and digital campaigns.

Primary KPI for this role is driving store visits/appointments or virtual appointments of qualified customers at the lowest acquisition cost.


The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with proven record of himself/herself setting up and managing small budget to managing high-scale digital spends. You'll work closely with leadership to scale the business through data-driven, innovative marketing initiatives. If you like to delegate rather than be hands on, this is not the right career opportunity.


This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, takes ownership, and is excited to build and grow a brand from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy
  • Lead customer acquisition through online ads, including Google, social media, and OTT platforms like Jio, Spotify, and YouTube.
  • Lead SEO, content marketing, and social media initiatives
  • Own website development and strategy, including traffic growth and conversion optimization
  • Manage email marketing and CRM-based campaigns
  • Handle annual digital marketing budgets, with experience managing spends of ₹50 lakhs/month.
  • Build and manage a high-performing digital marketing team or freelancers.
  • Oversee digital brand presence and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Stay updated on digital trends and apply best practices to campaigns.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 year of experience in a manager role.
  • Experience in content creation strategy for YouTube/Instagram/LinkedIn.
  • Proven experience managing monthly digital spends of minimum ₹80 lakhs or more.
  • Strong hands-on experience in performance marketing, SEO, content, and social media
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms
  • Ability to work with data, analyse metrics, and make decisions based on analytics.
  • Experience in hiring and managing team/freelancers and external agencies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
