Key Responsibility
Running Profitable and scalable campaigns on Meta & google for our different business verticals as well as for some of our clients.
Job Description
• Understand Business goals and target audience.
• Develop and implement effective paid advertising strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
• Decide on budget spilt between Google and Meta Platforms.
• Scale successful campaigns without increasing CPC.
• Create, manage, and optimize multiple ad campaigns, ad groups, and ad creatives to maximize brand awareness, lead generation, or sales (depending on campaign goals).
• Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, return on ad spend (ROAS) and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and video content that resonates with target audiences.
• A/B test different ad variations to determine the most effective messaging, calls to action, and creative formats.
• Generate regular reports that track campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and demonstrate the return on investment (ROI) of paid advertising efforts.
Skills & Education Requirements
• Minimum of 5-6 years of proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization techniques, including keyword research, audience targeting, ad copywriting, landing page optimization, and bid strategies.
• Proven track record of successfully driving measurable results through paid advertising campaigns (increased website traffic, leads, conversions, etc.)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams (marketing, sales, creative)
• Ability to manage budgets and meet ROI targets.
