Job Description

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Professional to plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns for our satellite news channel. The role involves growing the channel’s digital reach, brand visibility, audience engagement, and content performance across all online platform

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy & Campaigns

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with channel goals.
  • Plan and manage campaigns across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube promotions) to boost traffic and subscriptions.

2. Content & Social Media Management

  • Work with editorial and creative teams to plan and post daily digital content.
  • Track trending news topics, hashtags, and engagement patterns to increase reach.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

3. SEO / SEM & Analytics

  • Optimize news website and video content for SEO (keywords, meta tags, backlinks).
  • Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, and social media insights.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance and growth reports.

4. Audience Growth & Engagement

  • Drive subscriber growth and audience retention across digital platforms.
  • Respond to audience feedback and build community engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with content creators and influencers for cross-promotion.

5. Brand & Promotion

  • Support online campaigns for shows, special programs, and events.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for promotional creatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Digital Media.
  • 2–5years of experience in digital marketing or social media management, preferably in news or media industry.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, SEO tools, and Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, trends, and audience behavior.
  • Creative mindset with excellent written and visual communication skills.
