Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager – Eye Care Hospital

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative, result-driven, and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our hospital’s online presence and patient engagement initiatives. The role will focus on building brand awareness, driving patient inquiries, and enhancing digital visibility across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to promote hospital services and eye care specialties.
• Manage hospital’s online presence including website, SEO/SEM, social media, and digital campaigns.
• Create, plan, and execute paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Oversee content creation (blogs, videos, graphics) to educate and engage patients.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and generate regular reports.
• Drive patient engagement through online reputation management, reviews, and feedback.
• Collaborate with doctors, management, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and healthcare marketing strategies.
• Manage digital marketing budget and optimize ROI on campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3–5 years) in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare or service industry.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
• Excellent communication, content writing, and copywriting skills.
• Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
• Knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations and ethical guidelines (preferred).
• Strong leadership, creativity, and organizational skills.
