Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in driving traffic, generating leads, and boosting conversions through various digital channels. You will be responsible for creating and managing campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media, Email, and Influencer Marketing to strengthen 7eventzz’s brand presence and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage SEO (on-page, off-page, technical) to improve rankings and organic traffic.
  • Plan and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Oversee social media marketing across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) to increase engagement and followers.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with the content team to produce creative ad copies, blogs, and landing pages.
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm updates.
  • Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns are cost-efficient.
  • Coordinate with vendors, designers, and influencers for campaign execution.

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Proven experience (3–6 years) as a Digital Marketing Manager/Executive in e-commerce, events, or service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Ads Manager.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and remarketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, SendinBlue, etc.).
  • Understanding of content marketing, video marketing, and influencer collaborations.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance data.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent degree.
  • Google Ads / Facebook Blueprint Certification is a plus.
  • Prior experience in event decoration, gifting, or e-commerce industry is highly desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
