Sales Support Executive

Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, emails, and other platforms. Assist clients in choosing suitable decoration packages based on their requirements. Maintain and update customer records, follow-up trackers, and order details in CRM. Coordinate with the operations and decoration team to ensure timely service delivery. Follow up with leads and send quotations or package options to clients. Address customer concerns and ensure a seamless pre-sales experience. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve customer communication strategies.
