Job Description

We are a fast-growing mobile app publishing company focused on creating and scaling innovative apps across global markets. Our team combines creativity, data, and technology to drive millions of installs and engaged users.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead who can take ownership of user acquisition and revenue growth through performance-driven advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Unity, and other ad platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, plan, and execute tROAS, App Install, and engagement campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Unity, and other ad networks.
  • Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPI, CPA, and LTV using data-driven insights.
  • Manage budgets, bids, creatives, and targeting strategies for multiple apps and geographies.
  • Analyze user funnel metrics and implement campaign adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to improve ad performance and user retention.
  • Run A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and ad placements.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics using analytics tools (Firebase, Appsflyer, Singular, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Explore and onboard new advertising platforms and UA partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in mobile marketing, attribution, and automation tools.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically for mobile apps.
  • Proven expertise in managing tROAS and app install campaigns on.
  • Google Ads (App Campaigns, tROAS, tCPI)
  • Meta Ads (App Install & Re-engagement)
  • Unity Ads, TikTok, IronSource, ASA (optional but preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Firebase, Appsflyer, Adjust, or Singular.
  • Excellent understanding of creative optimization and audience segmentation.
  • Hands-on experience with automation, scripts, or APIs for campaign optimization is a plus.
  • Ability to manage large budgets and deliver measurable results.
  • Good communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA in Digital Marketing or relevant field.
  • Experience in gaming or utility app marketing.
  • Exposure to ASO (App Store Optimization) and cross-channel growth strategies.
  • Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau).
