Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Lead

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement ROI-driven digital marketing strategies.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor mapping.
Track campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare detailed performance reports.
Manage end-to-end lead generation funnels and marketing automation workflows.
Work closely with design, content, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment.
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Lead and guide junior team members where needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum
2+ years of proven experience
in digital marketing and paid advertising.
Strong understanding of campaign optimization, CPC/CPL models, and analytics tools.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM tools, and tracking setups.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
Experience in handling overseas clients will be an added advantage.
Ability to think strategically and deliver measurable results.
Knowledge of landing page optimization and funnel building is an added advantage.
