Digital Marketing Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Lead with 2–3 years of experience in managing and executing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and lead generation, while also being capable of strategizing and guiding a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, and qualified leads.
• Plan and manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and digital assets for better engagement and conversions.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, etc.).
• Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and vendors/agencies as required.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush, or similar.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to strategize as well as execute campaigns end-to-end.
• Team management/mentorship experience is a plus.
