Role: Digital Marketing Lead Experience: 3–6 years (Real Estate industry experience desired/required) Location: Noida Key Responsibilities · Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn · Manage digital strategy, ensuring ROI and measurable growth · Oversee website updates, SEO basics, and landing page optimization · Track KPIs using Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, or other reporting tools · Manage email/CRM campaigns and customer journeys · Coordinate with freelancers/agencies for design, SEO, or video projects Required Skills · Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads · Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals & keyword research · Data-driven with strong analytical & reporting skills · Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) · Good project management and communication skills Nice to Have · Knowledge of automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zapier) · Experience in growth hacking or conversion rate optimization Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
