Role Overview

We are seeking a Creative Designer & Video Editor who can design, create, and manage high-quality visuals and videos across digital platforms. The role involves conceptualizing marketing campaigns, producing creatives for social media, making pitch decks, editing videos, and ensuring a premium brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

· Design engaging social media creatives, infographics, and banners.

· Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos for campaigns, presentations, and promotions.

· Support in building pitch decks, brochures, and investor documents.

· Collaborate with the marketing and strategy team to execute brand storytelling.

· Manage content assets and ensure all creatives align with brand identity.

· Stay updated on design trends, editing tools, and social media formats.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer / Video Editor / Creative Associate.
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Figma (any mix is fine).
• Ability to create short reels, motion graphics, and brand creatives.
• Strong sense of typography, color, and layout.
• A portfolio of past design and video work.
• Self-driven, with the ability to work under deadlines.

Good to Have

• Experience in creating pitch decks & corporate presentations.
• Knowledge of real estate/consulting sector creatives.
• Storyboarding and script-writing skills for video content.

Compensation

• Competitive, based on experience and portfolio.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,930.15 - ₹37,149.63 per month
